We have a Mary Taylor (Gardner) in our ancestry but she is not the same Mary you are refering to. Except for my great-grandfather's sister marrying into the Hoge family, I don't know much more about the Hoges.

While researching my branch of the HOges a while back I came across a book titled 'The Family of Hoge' in the Roanoke City Main Libary (Virginia). It was very thorough and if you can get a copy of that book you might find out more about the branch you are interested in.
