This is my family history which includes William and Esther Hoge (of Virginia).
1st generation Petrus De Haga b.1150 (?) d.1200
2ndPetrus De Haga b. 1200, d.1228
3rdHenricus De Haga b. 1228, d. 1240
4thPetrus De Hagab. 1240, d. 1280
5thJohannes De haga b. 1280, d. 1326
6thPetrus De Hagab. 1326 Note: He was in the Battle of Bannockburn in 1314 & the Battle of Duplin in 1332. He was killed in the Battle of Halidon Hill in 1333.
So the dates seem to be ok with the peerage, make little sense otherwise.
