Barbara Hoge, daughter of William, married Neil Thompson about 1723 in Chester Co., PA. Did they have a son Joseph Thompson who owned land in Frederick Co., VA then moved to Westmoreland Co., PA? Is this the Joseph Thompson who married as his possible second wife, Rachel (Mason) Worthington? Any help much appreciated.
