Dear Gary
My Grandmother was Agnes Hogarth. On the 1881 census she is listed living with her family at 3 Halsall's Square Great Eccleston. Her father was Robert Hogarth. Her mother was Elizabeth and had been born at Kirkham. Her sisters were Annie and Mary. Agnes was 9 years old in 1881.
On the 1881 census I have also found a John Hogarth living
at 16 Milton St Preston who had been born at Garstang. His wife Mary was born Preston. His son George was born Great Eccleston. His son John was born Ingol. His stepson Anthony Stevenson was born in Great Eccleston.
