Joseph Francis HOGARTH b. 3/17/1871 in Ailsby, England (?), d. 12/12/1927. Married Rachel Catherine NOEL, (b. 3/3/1869 in ?, d. 12/25/1941) on 10/28/1891.

Do not have any other info on the HOGARTH line, just on the NOEL family. Rachel's sister was James T. NOEL, parents Benjamin I NOEL and Amelia E. (Shipley) NOEL.
