Hi Linda....while I don't have information on Edward Martin Hoffman , I have been trying to contact you regarding information on the Hoffman(n) line that you posted about a few years back...In that post you mentioned a Alex Hoffmann who was a Butcher and how the family was in contact with your relatives until 1939 and that they might have went to Switzerland....I am hoping that my
girlfriend's family might be related to yours...Most of her Mother's family was killed when the Germans invaded Poland in 1939....Her Grand Parents were Kazimire(Spelling ?) & Sarah Hoffmann....He was German/Polish and she was Polish/English....My Girlfriend says that she remembers her Mother telling her that there was a Butcher in her family and also a priest....I believe that they lived in Zirke , Germany / Sierakow , Poland , which I think is the same town and that the name changed due to a border shift....You also mentioned a link to wroclaw which I tried , but could not connect to....I would Greatly Appreciate if you could share some information with me , so I could possibly determine if your family and my girlfriends are related....If you don't want to exchange information on your direct family , I would appreciate it if you could send me the contact information to the wroclaw link that you mentioned in your earlier post....Regards ,
