We seem to be related on a number of family lines according to your post. Note that Esther Gallop's parents were John Gallop and Charity Hall (not Hannah Lake). Hannah Lake was the wife of Captain John Gallop of Boston (a different John Gallop, though probably a cousin to John Gallop of Taunton).
Charity (Hall) Gallop's parents were George and Mary (Williams? Matthews?) Hall of Duxbury and Taunton.
As for William Hodges origins, I am uncertain. He is said by some to have been mentioned in the will of an Anthony Silpin/Silphin of Sandwich, MA, but I have never come across this Anthony Silpin of Sandwich.
My suspicion, given the patterns that existed in Early Taunton, was that he was of Southwest Planter origin (maybe from Somerset, Dorset, or Devon, England or even Monmouth or Glamorgan, Wales).
Where did you find the information on the parents for him that you list?
I also descend from Mary Andrews through her marriage to Peter Pitts.
BTW, my mother's maiden name was Keith, and although her Keith ancestors came to Nova Scotia directly from Scotland, she used to say that her grandfather claimed we were related to the Bridgewater Keiths. Maybe further back?
