Hello Barbara,

I have the following information on Lenora Hodge Wickware, from my field research, and from cousins of Lennie's mother's branch of the family:

B. 3-9-1891
D. 2-7-1988

She married Nathaniel L. Wickware
B. 11-9-1882
D. 5-12-1985

They are both buried in Leflore County, OK, at Hodgens. They had long lives!! Most of the Steelmans did. I took a digital photo of their double gravestone at Hodgen Cemetery, they are inside close to the entrance. Sometime after their move from Arkansas, the families moved into a community close to her mother, Sarah Steelman's, brother, John Wesley Steelman and his wife's family.

In 1900 Census, her family is living in Black Fork, Blansett & Johnson Townships, Scott CO. Ark:

Wm M. Hodge, age 44
Sarah E. Hodge, age 39
Cas M. Hodge, age 18
Ora Lee Hodge, age 14
Roxey E. Hodge, age 12
Lenny L. Hodge, age 7
Lawson Powers, age 20

Lenny is listed as being born in Indian Territory, in March of 1893. She is listed at Ancestry this way:

Linnie Wickware, SS# 447-50-0657, State & Year issued: OK, 1965
Last Residence: 74939, Hodgen, Leflore, OK
Born: March 9, 1891

She married Nathaniel L. Wickware. I was told about him from another cousin in the John Wesley Steelman group who remembered a little about this line. They have descendants all over Leflore County.

I do have Williams attached to my Reynolds family line, have we discussed them in the past? Please forgive me if I missed something here. Good to see your post, and hope this helps.

Kathy Wilburne
