Hi Susan,
I'm sorry to take so long getting back here. Moved and lost contact for awhile.

I was told by a descendant of John Wesley Steelman that Sarah Steelman Hodge and William M Hodge, are supposed to be buried nearby to John Wesley and his wife, at Reichert Cemetery, but have not been able to find an exact location yet, nor headstones. You're right, there are several at Reichert, most are descendants and related to John Wesley Steelman and his wife & family. Lovely to see how well they are preserved in this very remote cemetery.

Records here are difficult to find, so far, even with field research. There are many small field stones on these cemeteries, with little to no available records for early burials. So I'm interviewing seniors here to find them, and others. Have lots to share with you. Have found one of William and Sarah's daughters with her husband, buried at nearby Hodgens. Please mail me,
Kathy Wilburne
