Hi,

Seeking desecendants, information on Sebastian HODGE and Harriet SMITH (m. abt 1855 in Sydney), parents of Walter Herbert HODGE (1871 Sydney - 1956 Sydney) who married Grace SMITH at St John's, Darlinghurst, NSW in 1897.

I believe Sebastian may have arrived on the 'Rose of Sharon' in 1855, as it's the only Sebastian HODGE I can find in the NSW State Archives.

The HODGE family, Sebastian wife and children, lived in East Sydney I believe.

Other children of Sebastian HODGE and Harriet SMITH appear to be Sebastian (d. 1866), William (b 1855), Philip E (1863-1892), John A (1865-?), Harriet E (1869-?), Thomas R (1869-1930), and Sydney Sebastian (1874-?).

Would love to hear from any descendants.
