Hi Kathy
Glad it was helpful. I dont have any pictures or biographies. I suspect they were very humble folk. Francis would probably be a fisherman. It should be possible to get a picture of the St Helier parish church where Fr and Eliz were married and one of St Brelades church which is considered the most beautiful church on the island. Try a web search for Jersey churches.
You might consider joining the Channel Island Family History Society (11 pounds a year) .. they publish the name/address of new members in their journal with the members specific interest. You might find someone who is connected to the St Brelades Hocquards or Jeunes tho there are only 9 Hocquards left in the phone directory last time I checked and some of those would be by marriage.
Of course the best bet would be to visit the island. They have a great new Archive building and a very interesting Museum. There are loads of old documents relating to land, probate etc (some available thro LDS loan) but you have to contend with old French as well as old writing so its not easy.
Do you know anything about Fanny's brother Charles?
Good luck
Liz
