Bob, Hi1! My mom is here and we were talking about the family. Ernest lived and married many times how many I don't know. He and his last wife lived in Visalia, Calif and he probably died at an older age. She thought it funny that I found out so much. There is and was a story about Indian heritage in the family. Grandmother had high cheekbones and so did a lot of the family. I asked her one time in 1964 and she got angry and told me not to ask again. She was adament about not telling. She also told me about how Oberlin, ks was hit by Indians and how her father hid the family in a ditch until all was clear. She said it was the Indian tribes gathering for the Little Big Horn. The killed animals, and families along the way. Mom says Hi and said she will call Aunt Glad and find out what she knows about Ernest, and "Pete" and others. Love Jacque
