I'm trying to identify the parents of Oliver Finch (born and died in North Castle, New York 9/1820 - 1903)and his wife Eliza A. Hobby (3/1818 - 1911). I believe Eliza's father was Asa Hobby, but am only guessing from the census records. Oliver and Eliza had a son named Asa as well, which leads me to believe that Asa may be her father. As for Oliver, there are so many Finches in Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT that it is difficult to determine who his father might be. Any information any of you have would be a great help. Thanks!
