I am tracing the family of Frank P. Hobbs- 1867-1944 of NC and his wife, Alice G. Perry - 1869-1854 of MA.
Both died in Archdale, NC and are buried in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Greensboro, NC.
Alice's father, Emanuel C. Perry-1845-? was living with them in 1920 but I cannot find anything about his death. His family was all from Boston, MA-- Portugal much earlier.
Emanuel Perry m. Georgiana Cutter Horn in 1866. They seperated soon after Alice was born in Mass.
Somehow, either the Perry or the Horn family traces back to the Hash family of Grayson Co., VA.
