Bishop Hoare had a brother Thomas Hoare who lived with his wife Rosa at 4 Sheepmoor, Clonsilla, Dublin. In the 1911 census they are shown to have five children, one deceased anf four alive. Only one child Joseph (age 21)is shown to be in residence at this address on the date of the census. However, there are two girls Margaret (age 16)and Angela Hoare (age 13) who were boarders at Mt Sackville Convent, Castleknock. It is possible that they are daughters of Thomas Hoare. In the obituary for Bishop Hoare his relatives are listed as Joseph Hoare and T Hoare, both nephews.
Also mentioned are Mrs CW Kempton from London and Mrs Marmion from Liverpool, both neices of the bishop. These women could be Margaret and Angela. Also mentioned is a Mr JJ McDonald, a solicitor from Dublin. In the 1911 census this person is shown as living in Church Road, Dalkey.Bishop Hoare also has a sister Elisha, my great grandmother. She married John Duncan and lived in Strabane, Co Tyrone.
