Maybe this will help somehow? Maybe you can find the baptism documents of the children that N. T. Horr says are preserved? Maybe this lists some information on his wife. --good luck!
"A Record of Descendants of Hezekiah Hoar of Taunton, Massachusetts with an Historical Introduction", by Norton T. Horr, Cleveland, Ohio 1907
The following is an excerpt from the above book.
Jonathan Hoar is known to be a son of Nathaniel by the deed of 1726. He sold part of the homestead in 1726, the remainder in 1742, and in the latter year bought land in and removed to Berkley where he lived till after 1748. His farm was near the town line between Berkley and old Middleboro. Shortly after his arrival in Berkley he had his first five children baptized by Rev. Samuel Tobey, first pastor of the Congregational church there, August 22, 1742, and that record is preserved. He served as ensign in the 3rd Mass. troop in the Louisburg Expedition of 1744-5.
