Charles Hoare Sr. of Gloucester appears to have had only one wife, Margery (surname unknown) who was still living at the time he made his will in 1632. His will has been published and is available in a number of places, including online at http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~malchist/mypage17.htm#Will of Charles Hoare
