I am inquiring if anyone knows who Samuel's parents were?
I received my 2nd great grandmother's death certificate and it has Samuel Hixon as her father, why in the 1880 census they have her as stepdaughter. MMMM
I know this Hixon family was in East Huntingdon, Westmoreland County, PA. My 2nd great-grandmother Nellie Hixon Daniels lived in Tarrs, PA
Were there any Hixons in Tarrs, PA?
