The original loose will of Peter Hitt is still extant and I was able to examine a photocopy. It does NOT include the word ELDEST when he named "my two sons Harmon Hitt and Joseph Hitt" as executors. The word "eldest" may be in the official Fauquier Will Book One, but I have not seen that book. At any rate, the original loose copy of the will is the best to follow.
