He was son of Isaac Hirst (1791-877) and his wife Elizabeth Saul (1805-1890). In 1861 George was living with his wife, Mary, and two children, Thomas and Charles, at 46 High Street, South Milford, Yorkshire. He worked on the railway. Family pedigree says he emigrated to America in 1872. Any connections in the US? Notify Administrator about this message?
