I am searching for parents of Elizabeth Jane HIPPLE, born 5 May 1837 Carroll Township, Perry County, Pa. Township may not be correct. Elizabeth married James William Henderson 29 Dec 1857 Perry County, Pa. In 1858 moved to DeKalb County, Illiniois, James and Eliza were both very active members of the Suydam Methodist Church in DeKalb County, Illiniois.
I've found them on the 1850 Census for Carroll County, Perry County, PA; (James William Henderson farmer, age 52, born Ireland; Nancy (White), age 55, born PA; William, age 24, born PA; Sarah, age 21, born PA; Susanah, age 20, born PA; Alexander, age 18,born PA; James, age 16, born PA; Samuel, age 14, born PA.)
Any information on Elizabeth Jane HIPPLE's parnets would be greatly. She is my brickwall, so anything you might have on her background, please contact me. I will share all information I have.
