Martha Ann was my grgrandmather, here is what I know about her. She was b.12 Oct 1858, d 28 Mar 1918. She m. Samuel Newhart Ross b 1843 Stewart Co. Tn on 12 June 1875. She had 7 Children all b in Stewart Co. Tn. Her children were; Ida Mae, Will b 1877, Calley, Asa b 1882, Minerva, Lindsay {Jack} and my grandmother Nancy Elizabeth b 30 Oct 1886. It seems like Newt, my grgrandfather disappeared abt 2 mo. before my grandmother was born. Wasn't seen or heard from until 1918 or 1819. Martha Ann moved from Tn.when my grandmother was still an infant. They moved to Mayfield, Ky. And then to Eldorado, Il. Where she died.
