Hi Gayle, We also have corresponded before, but your most recent posting identified a possible disconnect to fix. You mentioned that George HINSON's son "Elijah went to Illnois or Indiana or at least his wife anc children did."

My records show this Elijah HINSON/HANSON being a Revolutionary War veteran having served in the 3rd North Carolina Regiment. I also have his death as being in North Carolina on 3 Feb 1802. His wife, Susannah SCRIVEN took their children from North Carolina to Belmont Co., Ohio in 1805. I have detailed records of many of their children, especially their son Manoah, from whom my wife descends.

It sounds as if there might be a disconnect in our understanding of Elijah, son of George HINSON, want to discuss it further?

Jon Avery
