Florencio is the son of Nicolas Chapa b abt 1670 in Cerralvo & Maria Ines de Benavides b abt 1680 in Cerralvo. Nicolas is son of Juan Bautista Chapa b about Oct 1627 Albisola Genoa Tuscany Italy d April 20, 1695 Monterrey & Beatriz Olivares b abt 1632. Juan Bautista is son of Bartolome Schapparia b abt 1603 and Batestina Badi. Joseph Antonio & Maria Josefa had the following children:
1. Antonio m Isabel Chapa about November 27, 1793 Cerralvo Mexico. Isabel is daughter of Jose Francisco Chapa & Maria Agustina Garcia. Francisco and Agustina m NOvember 18, 1770 Mier. Francisco son of Juan Bautista Chapa and Rita Lopez Jaen m Jan 19, 1739 or 1740 in Cadereyta. Juan Bautista son of Nicolas Chapa & Maria Ines de Benavides. Maria Ines daughter of Francisco Baez de Benavides and Clara Flores de la Cerda. Clara is daughter of Bernabe Flores de Abrego & Josefa de la Cerda
