Looking for info about Benjamin F. Hinman, son of Truman Henry and Betsy Moulton Hinman. Benjamin was born at Castleton, Vt. Aug. 17, 1811. Died at Battle Creek, Michigan Sept. 20, 1889. Married Oliva Swallow, daughter of Nahum and Deidamia Woods Swallow. Oliva was born in West Windsor, Vermont May 17, 1815. She died at Belvue, Michigan Mar. 27, 1846.
Children were Mary Jane Hinman who married Carlton Grandin and Oliva Swallow Hinman unmarried.
Benjamin married 2nd. Delia Elvira Byington. Children to this marriage were Charles Henry and Julia Electa.
