Hello Kurt, and anyone else who is connected with Maj. Hinman. This is my G-Grandfather . . . I have the original of his obit and many original diaries, patents, etc . . . his "sheepskin" from MIT [1869] . . . I thought I was in contact with all of his descendants, but if there are any others out there, I would love to hear from you!
