Trying to locate the obituary of JOHN HINKLE. The obituary was published in the February 23, 1909 issue of the Hazleton Daily Standard. I believe him to be the John Hinkle born 1845 in Pa. He married Margaret Pickerel. They resided in Upper Lehigh, Foster Twp. Luzerne Co. Pa. in the 1900 US Census. Their children were: John, who married Bessie Singer and had a son Samuel "Pick" Hinkle 1918-2006, Esther, Nelphia, Samuel, George, and David 1899-1977. David is buried in Upper Lehigh Cemetery. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
