Did you mean to post #2325 for info regarding Casper Hinkle (son of Jacob Anthony Hinkle) descendants under Michael Hinkle? I answered your post and also re-posted here.
CASPER HINKLE is not the direct line of my husband's (John Justus Hinkle, brother of Jacob Anthony Hinkle) and of course isn't my Philip Hinkel/Philipp Hinckel line.
The line I traced was:
Capt. CHARLES HINKLE (contact Nedra Dickson Brill)
Capt. Charles Hinkle's son:
CASPER HINKLE, Rev. War soldier.
Nedra Dickson Brill has written an article about Casper in her Bulletin that you can order.
Casper's son:
CHARLES HINKLE has records on-line in the state of Missouri. I am not an authority on Charles Hinkle but other than the Missouri records I recommend Nedra Dickson Brill who is a certified Genealogist and keeps up with the Henckel descendants of Rev. Anthony Jacob Henckel. You will find how to contact her elsewhere on this forum. She is the Parlimentarian for D.A.R. in Oregon.
I worked mainly on Charles Hinkle's descendant:
THOMAS A. HINKLE b MO, lived Eureka Springs, AR, TX, Heber Springs, AR.
Thomas A. Hinkle's descendants live/lived Searcy Co, AR, elsewhere in AR and in OK. My friends daughter has worked on this line of hers for years. She intends to someday compile a book for her family.
