This is an obituary of a brother of Otis Glen Hine.
Frank Ocie Hine
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - Frank Ocie Hine, 70, died Saturday, March 28,
1998.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Chapel Hill United
Methodist Church. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in
Dalhart, Texas, by Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary.
Mr. Hine was born in Channing, Texas, and was a longtime Oklahoma City
resident. He received his degree in geological engineering from Tulsa
University in 1955. In 1986, he retired after more than 30 years of
service for Amoco as a geological engineer. He was a member of Chapel
Hill United Methodist Church.
He married Martha Lou Walker who preceded him in death.
Survivors include a son, Frank Ocie Hine Jr. of Englewood, Colo.; a
daughter, Judy Hine Vargas of Taos, N.M.; three brothers, Grady Hine
of Springer, N.M., Glen Hine of Tulsa and David Hine of Amarillo; and
