Yes, that is Hazen in the 1880 census, though I read the image to say his father was born Conn. rather than Tenn. as it was transcribed.

Jesse appears in the 1850 census in New Hampshire living with Hazen and family and born in N. H.. In 1860 he is in the same town as Hazen (Kimball, Mich.) and shown born N. H. In 1870 he is still in Kimball, born about 1805 in N. H.

I don't think this is the Jesse from Maine as he apparently lived in Maine his entire life. Jesse is never shown with a wife.
