Thanks for the tip on the website.Didn't find any matches, but was pretty entertaining.The comment John Speight made about the inbreeding would definitely explain a lot about some of my relatives (myself included, of course)!:)
Here's where I am now with this line.My grandfather's parents were John W. Hilsenbeck and Elizabeth Whipple.My grandfather was born in Delaware Co., IA in 1906.I have phots of John and his brothers and/or parents/uncles taken at the Delaware Co. farm.I'm looking for birth/death locations for John and/or Elizabeth as my next clue.They don't seem to be buried in that county.
