Donna- As you probably know there are few records from NY at your date. The written Hills genealogies do not show any children for Consider and Parthenia (Wales) Hills. We do have researchers claiming at least one son Eliab Hills with children who went west to Wisconsin. We do know Consider was a military scout in Western New York. Perhaps you can check military records for both the Revolutionary War and for the War of 1812.
Consider is about a 5xgreatuncle of mine. I would be very interested in any information you might have. I can put you in touch with descendents of Eliab if you want to compare notes.
