THANK YOU SO MUCH JOHN! for the information you posted......I would very much like to make contact with some of these people you speak of. I am not aware of these Sheboygan people, it is about 45 min. away from us. I am in my seventies, and my parents, paternal grandparents and paternal great-grandparents are all buried here in WI. I was told by my mother years ago that my paternal ancestors migrated from Cleveland, OH. I have since learned from cousins, all the way back to Wm.
Hills, who arrived here in America in 1632.
Whatever further advice you would be willing to give me, would be greatly appreciated...........Also, thanks for pointing out in your other posting, the difference of this being the HILLS search, not HILL. It is noted in one of the search copies I have from a relative that one HILLS requested in his will that no family member ever drop the "S" on Hills. Thank you, Verna
