Mother's maiden name: Prickett
You have his name as Marvin Albert Hill, but I found an Albert M. Hill in 1930 Oklahoma who may be him.

so I thought I would look for Viola in 1920 and see if she is a Prickett
I couldn't find Veola/Viola at all in 1920 . I wonder if she might be under her middle name??
Was your mother born before 1930 - if so she should be in that census but if she was born later she will not be found in census records. Do you know te names of any of her brothers or sisters who were born by 1930.??
I found an Alta Perry with a husband Jim D. - they are in Texas in 1930
