The reference I was thinking of is not a will, but a deed.Note the reference to Abraham Hill in the following:

Isaac Hill and William Hill, 1803
This indenture made the 21st day of April 1803 between Isaac Hill and Ann, his wife, of New Brittain Township and William Hill of Plumstead Township.Whereas Abraham Hill and Elizabeth, his wife, of Plumstead by their indenture bearing the date 6 April 1762 for the consideration therein mentioned granted to their son Isaac Hill, father of Isaac and William Hill, parties to this agreement, a certain plantation on a tract of land situated in Plumstead Township (description of land follows) containing 100 (110?) acres of land subject to a certain ground rent thereafter accruing to Richard Hill and Samuel Preston ----- from said Isaac Hill.And whereas said Isaac Hill described by his last will and testament made in writing bearing the date 6 October 1790 after bequeathed to his son Richard Hill a certain 5 acre part of the above described tract of land --- gave remainder of 105 acres tract of land to his son Isaac Hill, party to this agreement. --- Now, this indenture witnesses that Isaac Hill and his wife Ann for the sum of L1000 paid by said William Hill – grant etc – to said William Hill and to his heirs said land in Plumstead – subject ot ground rent of Richard Hill and Samuel Preston.

An indenture of Abraham Hill is as follows:

This indenture made 1762 between Abraham Hill of Plumstead, yeoman, and Elizabeth, his wife, and Andrew Oliphant.Whereas Abraham Hill did take a tract of land in Plumstead containing 250 acres from one Richard Hill of the City of Philadelphia, Merchant, and Samuel Preston, now of London town in the County of Ann Arundel in the Province of Maryland, Practicioner in Physic, and Nancy his wife, bearing the date 25 March 1745, which said 250 acres of land --- found document intended to be recorded and whereas Abraham Hill being lawfully seized --- .
Now this indenture witnesseth that Abraham Hill and Elizabeth Hill, his wife, for aforesaid sum (L200) conveys, ----- paying to the chief lord of the fee thereof, Richard Hill and Samuel Preston, the yearly rent of -----.Singed Dec 29, 1792.Recorded same date.
