this sounds great!..I believe it's possible old Moses went to Clark county..however, if you see the 1860 or 1870 census for Seaborn Jones of Madison County, Al..Moses Jr. is living in the household..born in Unknown area..(Cherokee Nation)?...he is buried in the Baker Cemetery with some more of the Hills.. Patrick F Hill and Thomas Hill are buried at the Jones Cemetery..at the head of Hurricane Creek..The Jones family Bible has info on them..and THEY are supposedly sons of Moses Jr..and my grandmother's Uncles..There is another family of Hills in the area..most likely connected..Wm Hill and wife Nancy Clarke Hill..Nancy was a daughter of Elijah Clarke *Rev.War Vet-buried in south Alabama.)..several children here in Madison early..Lucinda and Mary Ann on the Cherokee removal census..see my other posts on Richard, Wm, and John Hill..I would love to see his [email protected] have planned on ordering a free Veterans marker for Moses Hill Jr..War Of 1812 buried at Baker Cemetery in New Market, Al..
