This obituary is in the Connellsville Courier, Thursday, August 9, 1923, in Fayette Co., PA. I am not related, just sharing. I do know other Hiles researchers if you want to contact me to see if they are connected.
Mrs. J. D. Hiles
Mrs. Nancy Hiles, 73 years old, wife of J. D. Hiles, died this morning at 3:15 o’clock at her home at Tucker Run, near Dunbar. She had been ill for two weeks. Mrs. Hiles was born and reared in the community and lived there all her life. She is survived by two sons and four daughters. They are Joseph Hiles, Furnace; William Hiles, Tucker Run; Mrs. Albert Brooks, Dunbar; Mrs. Charles Camp, Poland; Mrs. Gladys Hamlet, Florence, and Mrs. Clara Jaynes, Wheeler.
The funeral will probably be Sunday.
