He was born in Bole, nottingham, England. He married Elizabeth Baker 23 April 1810. Their son Thomas Hiles,christened, Torksey, Lincoln England, 19 December 1824. Thomas came to the United States in the 1840's and lived in Illinois. Elizabeth Baker was born in Harby, Nottingham, England. I would love to hear from anyone with connections to these Hiles. James and Elizabeth had these children that I know of, Thomas, George, Sarah and Rebecca. Notify Administrator about this message?
