Hi Amy,
I too am related to Mark Jordan. About four or five generations back, I or we have an ancestor named Levi Dale Jordan. He seems to be named after a Levi Dale. As far as I know, this family was from the same area and must have been close or related in order for someone to name a child after one of their members.
I would appreciate it if you would share any detail or names that you come up with. Thanks and happy hunting!
