I too am researching the Hile family I am a hile by birth. My grandfather had a sister names Emma Hile born Oct. 3, 1879 in Pennsylvania. If this is the same Emma then her father's name was John Henry Hile born Sept. 16,1855
married to Clara Bell Mowlery, born Aug. 11, 1854 both in Pennsylvania i assume. John Henry died February 1929 and Clara died Aug. 17, 1928. I have a picture from the day of the funeral with almost all of Children together as Adults.
