Joseph Alfred Hildreth; b. ca 1775 in England; m. Nov 14, 1805 Barnard Castle, Durham England to Maria Jackson; d. 1843
James Hildreth (son of Joseph); b. ca 1806 in Wolverhampton England; m. Nov 2, 1829 to Margaret Elizabeth Railton; d. unknown;
James and Margaret had at least one son, Christopher James -- b. March 3, 1838 in Wolverhampton. He moved to the United States sometime before November 1865.
