Seeking parents and birthplace of
SamuelHildebrand/Hilderbrand b. 29 Apr 1826 somewhere in PA. He married Martha Matilda Thompson about 1845-1848 in PA. They had dtr. Jane Elizabeth in Mar. 1849, then son James Thompson in July 1850. Not found in PA 1850 federal census. They moved to IN by Feb 1852 when son John Andrew was born. Moved on to Winterset, Madison Co., Iowa by 1855 and had sons Wm. Henry, Winfield Scott, and Samuel Cornelius by 1865. Help welcomed!
