Fred Hildebrand Upper Darby PA, Tuckahoe NJ - 1890s?

Hello folks, I am looking for some information on a Fred Hildebrand. I have had no luck thus far.

I have an old duck decoy from the Upper Chesapeake Bay Maryland from the late 1800s that has a brass ownership tag on it that says "Fred Hildebrand, Upper Darby, PA Tuckahoe, NJ".

I would like to learn more about this individual..he was a duck hunter and I believe he hunted on the Delaware River and maybe belonged to a hunting club. Would appreciate if anyone can provide me with any information.
