My information agrees with William HILDEBRAND, born 16 October 1812 in Jefferson County, MO. Some of the Jefferson County records show spelling of the surname as
HELDERBRAND, HILTERBRAND & HILDEBRANT. David HILDEBRAND & Hannah MC COURTNEY had six children:

Francis M. (male) born 29 December 1809;
Abraham, born May 1811;
William, shown above;
Mary, born 23 April1816(my Gr. Great Grandmother);
Miranda, born 14 October 1818;
David Riley, born 14 August 1831.
