ELSIE M. HIGGS
HOBGOOD - Elsie M. Higgs, 73, died Friday, Sept. 2, 2005.
Funeral services will be held noon Thursday at the Municipal Building in Scotland Neck with Bishop Geanie Perry officiating.
Burial will follow in the Joyner Cemetery.
A visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Fields Funeral Home in Hobgood.
Arrangements are by Fields Funeral Home.
