Judeah Burchfield married James Higganson on 6 July 1811 in Warren Co., KY. They had a daughter Rebecca Higginson born 15 July 1837, died 6 Dec 1814. She married John Campbell and later Anthoy G. Friel. Rebecca had 4 daughters Emma Campbell, Mary R. Friel, Aggie Friel, and Annie Friel. They appeared in the McLeansboro, Hamilton Co., Illinois census in 1880.
