John and Susan Higgins, 1850-70 Arkansas
Can anyone tell me more about this family?Where did they come from in Tennessee?Parents?Susan’s maiden name?It seems the family moved to Parker Co., TX, for a while around 1860, then some of them returned to Arkansas while others remained in Texas. Some were in Collin Co., TX, for a number of years.
