David Mulford Hickok, son of Asa; born abt 1788 probably in Greenville; died 1 August 1858, age 70; buried in the Dean Cemetery about 8 miles from Rush, Pa.;married in CT, Betsy Rice, died in Michigan in the spring of 1871. They came to Rush, Pa, Township and bought a farm 3 miles from Rush. During the CW Mrs. Hickok and most of her children went to Michigan and to other parts in the west.
