Louisa Crutchfield Hicks sues Coleman Hicks, mar. 1836, for divorce. Says her husband had fixed his affections on a young girl named Patsy Waren and went to live with her in 1841 and ran away from Kentucky and now living in St. Louis, Mi. Has two children, a son and daughter. Louisa has no living father or mother and is very poor. John T. and Squire Leavell and Russ. Hill depose that Louisa was a good and industrious woman.
