Not related.......just a lookup
Did some more census work and as in every family story....there is a connection somewhere with your Isaac H. White. Just cant be sure from the census work how.
The Walter Hicks married to Annie on the 1900 CA, Glenn co census appears the same one married to Ivy on the 1910 CA, Glenn co census. The same children are in the same 1910 census. Perhaps she went by Annie when younger.
